Refund policy

All items at Lailah & Hudson are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout or slight color variations caused by differences in screen displays.
