Refund policy

All items at Lailah & Hudson are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, **we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations** once an order is placed.  

However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.  

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or color variations due to differences in screen display.
