Q: What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes S-XL in our shirts. We hope to expand those sizes as our small business grows. Size charts are listed on each product page. Need help picking your size? Just reach out - we're happy to help.
Q: Do you restock sold- out items?
Yes! We restock in small batches. If something you love is sold out, be sure to sign up for restock alerts on the product page or join our email list to be the first to know when it returns.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Since all orders are made to order, we are not able to offer returns or cancellations at this moment. If you have any questions or issues with your order please use our contact page and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping + Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Processing times are 2-5 business days. Shipping times are 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We do our best to ship everything on time, but we're a small shop, so if it's been longer than 10 business days and your order hasn't shipped yet - please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@lailahandhudson.com. We're here and happy to help.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we hope to in the future as we grow!
Products + Materials
Q: What are your shirts made of?
We use Comfort colors tees, made from 100% ring -spun cotton for a soft, lived-in feel from day one. Each shirt is garment-dyed, giving it a slightly vintage look and a naturally broken-in-feel-like your favorite old tee.
They're cozy, durable, and perfect for everyday wear - especially on the days when comfort matters most.
Q: How are your designs printed?
All of our designs are created using Direct to Film (DTF) printing. This method allows for vibrant, long -lasting prints with a soft feel -- no cracking, peeling, or fading after just a few washes.
DTF lets us capture fine details and beautiful colors, so your shirt looks just as meaningful as it feels.
Returns + Support
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we're a small batch shop, we currently only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If there's a problem with your order, email us using our contact form within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
We don't offer size-based exchanges at this time, but feel free to reach out -- if we have extras on hand, we'll always do our best to help!
About the Brand
Q: What inspired Lailah & Hudson?
This shop was created in memory of our three angel babies -- Lailah, Hudson and Christopher -- and as a way to honor the journey of motherhood in all its forms. Whether you're a mama walking through loss or just someone, we're so glad you're here.
Q: I'm not a mom -- can I still shop here?
Yes, 100%! While Lailah & Hudson was born from my journey through motherhood and loss, our heart is to create designs that speak to anyone who values meaning, softness and or just a tee they absolutely love.
Alongside pieces made for mamas, we'll be offering designs that reflect faith, encouragement, everyday moments, teachers, and more. So whether you're a mama, a teacher, a believer, or just someone who loves a good, cozy tee -- you're always welcome here.
