Lailah & Hudson was born out of a place I never expected to find myself - navigating life after loss, while still holding onto the joys of motherhood. 

After having our son, we experienced the heartbreak of losing two babies late in my pregnancies - our sweet Lailah and our precious Hudson. Those losses changed me in ways I'm still uncovering. They broke me open and softened me all at once. In the quiet ache of grief, I longed for something that could honor them - something that let me feel connected to them, even when the world had moved on.

This shop is that something.

Since starting this shop, we’ve walked through another heartbreaking loss — one that reminded me just how fragile and sacred motherhood can be. Grief has a way of layering itself, and this season has asked me to hold sorrow and love side by side once again. It’s in that space — the in-between — that this shop continues to grow, rooted in remembrance, hope, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going.

Lailah & Hudson is my love letter to the babies I didn't get to raise and the mama I've become because of them. It's also a place for other women who've walked through loss, carried invisible weight, or felt both joy and sorrow in the same breath. You're not alone here.

But more than that - this is a space for all mamas. All women. Whether you're in the thick of motherhood, missing someone deeply, or simply searching for something that feels like home - you belong.

Each design is made with the intention to carry a message, hold space for healing, and celebrate the layered beauty of womanhood. Some shirts are soft whispers of remembrance, others are bold and universal. But all are created with the heart in mind.
